Refund Policy


Rural Visionary Foundation (RVF) is grateful for your generous support. Donations made to RVF are generally final and non-refundable. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary.

1. Circumstances for Refunds

RVF will consider a refund for your donation in the following circumstances:

Duplicate Donation: If you accidentally make a duplicate donation, please contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to process a full refund.
Unauthorized Transaction: If you believe that a donation has been made to RVF without your authorization, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to investigate the matter and process a refund if necessary.
Technical Error: In the rare case of a technical error during the donation process, resulting in a donation you did not intend to make, please contact us and we will investigate the issue and process a refund if applicable.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 3 days of the donation date by emailing info@ruralvisionary.org In your email, please include the following information:

(i) Your full name
(ii) The date of the donation
(iii) The amount of the donation
(iv) The reason for requesting a refund
(v) If applicable, the last four digits of the credit card used for the donation

3. Processing Time

Once we receive your refund request, we will investigate the matter and respond to you within 3 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within 7 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Donations

Donations used for specific programs or events may not be refundable. Please review any information provided during the donation process to determine if the donation is refundable.
